Sal Esposito

Playing rules Roy Hobbs National Tournament Rules. Same playing rules as 48+, EXCEPT 55+ is a Wood Bat tournament.
Uniforms We will wear the Antiques uniforms:
  • Trim (socks, belt, sleeves) will be TBD. Bring your own trim items.
  • Cap should be the Antiques cap or an Atlanta Braves cap (Red bill, navy body, white A).
  • Pants. White with black pinstripes. (Similar to Yankees.) Bring your own pants.
  • Tops. White with black pinstripes "Antiques" top. You can buy a top or borrow one.

Denny's policy on the Antiques tops:

  • You can buy a new top for the cost of making it. Cost depends on quantity, size, and how much lead time we have. Last year's tops were $40-$45 each.
  • You can borrow a top used by a regular-season player. If you want to borrow, let Denny know the size you'll need.

To see an example of the uniform, check out our page that contains results of our 48+ tournament in 2001.
